"I'm just down at Bugatti" - DDD crafts a virtual tour through the factory grounds of the elite automobile manufacturer
DDD has won yet another bid for a high-end Bugatti brand account. After last year saw DDD crafting a virtual showroom with an exclusive car constructor for the Bugatti Veyron 16.4, the agency is now turning their capable hand to designing and realising an interactive tour of the exclusive Bugatti world.
"Until now, a tour of the Molsheim Bugatti Veyron factory in the Alsace has only been available to a tiny number of hand-picked guests. The virtual tour gives us "mere mortals" the chance to visit the birthplace of the Bugatti Veyron 16.4, the ultimate sports car. A virtual visit will experience as much as possible of the same exclusive ambience as a real one, and background information will be available in German, English and French", says Jan-Till Manzius from DDD.
Bugatti have been writing automobile history at their storied Molsheim grounds in France since the 20s. It is a magical place, full of exciting contradictions: on the one hand the idyllic landscape of the Alsace and the castle and buildings, some of which date from the 16th century; on the other hand, the futuristic high-tech studio where Bugatti put together the Veyron by hand with technical finesse and ultra-modern materials.
Exclusive brands require exclusive solutions; and the virtual tour crafted by DDD fits the bill perfectly. An atmospheric production and unique, completely video-driven navigation combined with high quality information and entertainment invite the user to interact and while away the hours walking through the virtual Molsheim grounds.
